Elisa Harmon’s areas of practice include estate planning, estate and trust administration and litigation, and business formation and operation and related transactional work; corporate and business advising, to include labor and employment matters and real estate matters. Elisa is also a title agent with Preservation Title Agency.
Elisa Harmon is a native of Napoleon, Ohio. She graduated from Capital University in 2002 and was commissioned into the United States Army as a Military Intelligence Officer. After receiving an educational delay to attend law school, she graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2005 and served in the US Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps on Active Duty until 2010 when she and her family returned to Henry County. Elisa currently serves as a Trustee on the Napoleon Public Library Board, is a Board Member of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the finance committee for Henry County Hospital.
Elisa is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio.
